Our experienced delivery team ensures items arrive at your home safe and secured. We encourage our customers to take a few minutes to inspect all items upon delivery. If you find that any items were broken or damaged upon delivery, kindly inform our delivery crew and make a notation on the delivery receipt. Refused items due to damage will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
There will be no exchanges or store credits on broken or damaged items after our delivery crew departs the property. However, please contact us so that we may assist you as best as possible.
